- Documents (IDs, Passports, Criminal Checks) are collected for verification purposes only.
- All sensitive documents are securely stored outside of public access.
- Documents are never shared publicly or visible to other users.
- Access is strictly limited to authorized administrators for verification.
3. Safety & Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for safety, you are responsible for your own due diligence.
- Criminal background checks provided are based on available data and are "best-effort"
verifications.
- Employers must conduct their own personal interviews and reference checks.
- FMD WORKERS is not liable for any actions, misconduct, or damages caused by any user off the
platform.
4. Reviews & Booking Rules
Our review system ensures transparency.
- Only employers with verified bookings can leave reviews.
- Fake, abusive, or malicious reviews will be removed at our discretion.
- Reviews reflect the personal opinions of employers, not FMD WORKERS.
- We do not guarantee the future behavior of any worker based on past reviews.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments made to FMD WORKERS are for platform access and services.
- Subscription Fees: Non-refundable once the subscription period is activated.
- Employer Registration Fees: Non-refundable administrative fees.
- Any disputes regarding payments should be reported to support immediately.
6. Data Protection & Compliance
We respect your privacy rights and comply with POPIA principles.
- User data is protected using industry-standard encryption.
- You have the right to request the deletion of your account and data.
- Some transaction data may be retained as required by financial and tax laws.
