• Facilitate connections between parties
• Verify worker documentation to the best of our ability
• Provide a secure messaging and payment platform

We do NOT:

• Employ workers directly
• Guarantee the quality of work performed
• Assume liability for employment relationships
• Provide insurance or legal protection

2. Verification Limitations

While we verify worker documentation including ID, passport, and criminal records:

• Verification does not guarantee future behavior
• Criminal records may not be comprehensive
• Workers may provide incomplete information
• Employers must conduct their own due diligence

3. Employment Relationships

Employment relationships are directly between workers and employers:

• Employers are responsible for all employment decisions
• Workers and employers must comply with labor laws
• FMD WORKERS is not party to employment contracts
• Any disputes must be resolved between the parties

4. Limitation of Liability

FMD WORKERS shall not be liable for:

• Injuries or damages occurring during employment
• Theft, loss, or damage to property
• Misrepresentation by workers or employers
• Quality of work performed
• Employment disputes or terminations
• Legal claims arising from employment relationships

5. Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that employers:

• Maintain appropriate homeowner's or renter's insurance
• Consider domestic worker insurance
• Ensure workers are covered under applicable labor laws

6. User Responsibility

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• They use the platform at their own risk
• They must exercise caution and good judgment
• They are responsible for verifying information
• They must comply with all applicable laws

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa. By using our platform, you accept these limitations.
